FAQ
Is the consumer tier really free forever?
Yes. Consumer data access — live prices, wait times, availability — will always be free. Dialed is a public data utility. We make money from vendors who want featured placement and developers who build on the API.
How does vendor pricing work? What's the difference between $49 and $149?
The $49/mo Basic tier includes a featured listing, verified badge, and access to your call history. The $149/mo Pro tier adds SMS subscriber alerts (your customers can subscribe to get notified when your gas prices update), Google Business Profile push, and priority call scheduling so your data is fresher than competitors.
What's included in API pricing above $299?
The $299/mo base tier covers one city, all categories, and 90 days of historical data. Additional cities are $99/mo each. Custom coverage (categories or businesses not yet in Dialed) is priced per project. Enterprise contracts with SLA, dedicated support, and custom data pipelines start at $2,000/mo.
Can I try the API before paying?
Yes. The API waitlist includes a 14-day free trial with access to one city. No credit card required until you decide to continue. We'll also set up a call to make sure the data model fits your use case.
How do I dispute a data point that's wrong?
Vendor listings include a data dispute tool in the dashboard. You can flag any call result, submit the correct value, and it'll be reviewed within 24 hours. Verified businesses get expedited review. API customers can flag via the API with a POST to /v1/flags.
